I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extender. When I attempt to convert a Word file to PDF that says It cannot find the Adobe PDF printer's drivers and to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9.0. Additionally, when I just open the Acrobat 9 Pro Extender program an error message comes up saying that A part of the Capture 3D plug-in has been damaged. I went to Customer Support and they sent me here. Please tell me this isn't another run around. I am running out of patience! I have Window 10.

Correct answer gkaiseril

Acrobat 9 is pretty old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 was Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

You need up upgrade to Acrobat DC.
