I have extracted all of the pages of a 172 page document. But they all have the same file name. I would like to rename them based on one line inside each document. Is that possible?

I have extracted all of the pages of a 172 page document.  I now have 172 separate files.  But they all have the same file name.  Each file is for a separate person whose name appears on the third line inside each document.

I would like to rename them based on that name.  Is it possible?
