I have installed the acrobat on my laptop but i couldn't use it. i couldn't open up the document or even the acrobat itself.

This is like "My car will not start!". A lot of missing information.

You have to download the installer program. Once downloaded, you need to run the installer to install the software.

Is your computer an employer provided?

If so, are you allowed to install software?

Were there any messages during your "install"?

We need the exact messages and error codes.

I have tried to repair (from the program install/uninstall but still doesn't work.

I have used this version of acrobat before with the same laptop. After reinstalled the programme, I couldn't use it (FYI, my laptop was broken and now fixed).

Should I need to uninstall and install again?

P.S. There is no error message. Just when I open it (click on it), there is no response.
