I have purchased the adobe acrobat reader dc pro to be able to edit my pdfs but the system wont allow me to edit it just keeps prompting me to buy the same version I purchases!!

I have purchased and downloaded the editing feature of DC pro but the software wont allow me to use the editing features! It just prompts me to buy the same version I am trying to open and edit!

Make sure you're actually opening the files in Acrobat, not in Acrobat

Reader.
