i have XI Pro, have a valid number, but does not appear in the dropdown menu, and will not run, suggestions?

I have a new computer and tried to load Adobe XI Pro from the disk with a number and I get the message that it is a valid number but a qualifying product is not found on this computer, it is not listed in the dropdown menu to choose. What can I do to fix it?

Hi marybethp83906658,

Seems Acrobat XI Pro was an upgrade. You will have to select previous Acrobat version & enter the Serial key for the same to activate Acrobat XI pro upgrade.
