The extend is meaning the "Create PDF Files", OS is windows10 Pro.

This is a User 2 User forum.

FireFox has its own PDF viewer.

This sounds like it is an issue with FireFox specifically. Have you checked Mozillia's support?

Actually I'd like to use the adobe acrobat to view it, not only view it, but also need this to create the PDF file from the HTML pages.

Now the acrobat DC pro works fine with IE, but cannot work with firfox, even cannot see the "create PDF file" button in Firefox.

OK, finnaly it is a small issue, I can make it from IE.

thanks.

Since Adobe cannot control what 3rd party developers allow to be installed into the programs, you can either print to the Adobe PDF printer or get an approved FireFox plug-in.

Since this only affects FireFox I would check FireFox's help and forums.
