I just purchased the Acrobat Pro DC full desktop software only. It downloaded fine, but when I go to install the download, it gives me an "access violation at address 00000000. read of address 00000000." Can someone please help? Thank you!

Hi Rob,

What happens in Safe Mode? If you can install in Safe Mode then remove all entries in startup via msconfig as that might be conflicting with the program.

If that does not work, rescue all data you can from your Administrator account, delete the account and recreate it.
