I keep getting an error on my serial number when I try to reinstall to a new computer?

Could you please tell me the exact dot version of the adobe application you are using and also the OS installed on your system?

You can refer to the mentioned link to find the serial number : Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

You need to deactivate the application from your old system by navigating to Help>Deactivate.

And then try installing it on your new system: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
