I'm running Acrobat X Pro on windows 10. I cannot export or "save as" my PDFs to Word.

I'm running Acrobat X Pro on windows 10.  I cannot export or "save as" my PDFs to Word.  I keep getting the error "Save as has failed to process this document. No file was created."  Please help

Hi seanmf,

Acrobat X is not compatible with Windows 10, features may or may not work.  Please make sure you are installing the application in a compatible environment to make it functional.

Still, lets give it a try.

Open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation. Make sure Acrobat is updated t 10.1.16 version.
