I'm trying to figure out how to do this with a javascript from outside of the Acrobat Pro app?

I will try to convert a lot of pdf-files (1000 over) to excel and text from mac-os terminal.

Do you know these things?

①　is it possible to convert from outside of the Acrobat Pro application?

（If we can, please let me know the document ）

②　Can we use sdk-function on the cloud server(such as AWS, GCP, and local-desktop)?

1. No command line API. You can use JavaScript through AppleScript. See Acrobat SDK.

2. Use on a server is forbidden by the license. Look into Document Cloud beta API.
