i'm using Acrobat 8.0 Professional. whenever open pdf file, acrobat is down and halted. what's wrong?

Acrobat 8 is quite old and not compatible with any current OS, so problems are to be expected.

Let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat 8 & OS installed on your computer?

Are you able to launch Acrobat individually?

Is there any error code or error message or it just freezes?
