i have tried this but this wont work

In your form there is no value in any of the ckeckboxes, they all contained an "undefined_n" value.

The text field use a JavaScript, not the "sum" built in feature.

So I repeat:

Put a value into each checkbox/radio-button and just use the "sum" buit-in feature of Acrobat Pro.

As in this nice sample PDF: https://.abracadabrapdf.net/parking/AcroUsers/calcul-addition-checkbox.pdf

Hi.

Science don't need any JavaScript, put a value into each checkbox/radio-button and just use the "sum" buit-in feature of Acrobat Pro.

Can you explain what "Does not work" means in more details?

Do you get any error messages in the JavaScript console?

Does the sum not work correctly?

You can not select the fields to sum?

Can you provide a link to your form or a sample of a similar form. An image is just not the same as a an actual copy.
