I need to create a form, which I have done however, it appears that I do not have embeded fonts and when it is emailed out the recipient gets a blank copy. I need help

I created a form that can be edited by multiple users at our office.  However, the fonts appears to not be embedded.  I am not sure how to correct this as the directions online are not clear.  I have Adobe Pro XI

If fonts are not embedded you see a substitute font not blankness. I think you may be jumping ahead with your diagnosis. Please describe your symptoms and post (PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO EMAIL) a screen shot showing each problem clearly.
