i need to deactivate a device that I dont have access to in order to instal and activate the acrobat XI on a new device

does anyone know how to deactivate adobe acrobat XI on a device that I no longer have access to.  I need to install software on a new device and it has reached it's limit for activation

When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate

Be sure to ONLY ask for activation support to adjust your activation count
