I need to find a way to make my .PDF "unsaveable" with a dialog box attached.

PDFs that give this message when you click on a dialog box makes lets the user know they can't save the pdf .  I am working on making some .PDFs with having this would be being very helpful to me.  Thanks for any or all replies.

Some older versions of Reader would display that message when the user attempted to save a non-Reader-enabled form. But Acrobat users and users of certain other PDF viewers were able to save.

This is a limitation of the application used by the user. You can't force a PDF file to behave that way in any application.
