I need to make a fillable form, with the option of an arrow, and a 2 figure data

I need help with a fillable form; I need to make a cell with the possibility of an arrow and 2 figure data.

I can find how to us the 2 figure data but can not find where I can use an arrow ?

Also I need help with the TAB ; I need to make the TAB go a specific route
