i pay for "ADOBE DC Pro" but i need a serialnumber for "ADOBE XI PRO"

Question

I changed from Apple OSX 10.6.8 with ADOBE Acrobat 9

to

Apple OSX 10.10.5 with ADOBE DC Pro.

(Order AD006579036CH)

This because we installed a new Computer to plate-/ CTP-System from HEIDELBERG.

Now In Acrobat DC , Pitstop 13 does not work, the reason is the 32-Bit ADOBE CMM Engine.

I pay the licence per year and need a working software - so the solution is to work with the older "ADOBE XI PRO", v. 11.0.07

I need a serialnumber, but who can send me a serialnumber of "ADOBE XI PRO".

i don not use "ADOBE DC Pro" - i only pay for it... or "ADOBE XI PRO"-

Is there a fast solution from ADOBE available for me and my project,

Hi dietern87475127 ,Would like to inform that its not possible to provide the serial number for Acrobat XI Pro. As we know that subscription does not require serial number for activation.You may use the program under this under this subscription on two machines . For getting the serial number you need to make another purchase for Acrobat Pro . Regards,Yatharth
