I purchased a full retail version of Acrobat XI Pro. I installed with serial number, after serial use, the pop up screen with 30 days use until expiration. I thought this is a full reversion? Do I need to subscript and pay for the monthly fee?

In that case you have to contact Adobe

to check if the serial is still valid and
if this is the case, to transfer the licence.

I bought it on Ebay, and it's window 7.

If you have a valid version it should install and run. There may be a technical issue; you may have installed Acrobat DC; or it may be a counterfeit, which are rife in eBay.
