I purchased adobe acrobat pro dc cloud and downloaded it to my PC, I cannot install it on a second computer
- I purchased adobe acrobat pro dc cloud and downloaded it to my PC, I cannot install it on a second computer (my backup).
- It was also to my understanding that adobe acrobat pro dc cloud was a cloud based product that as long as you sign in you can utilize these functions anywhere on any computer (on the condition that you have internet access).
- Can someone please let me know what options are available. I purchased a product that is marketed as a cloud item but I can only access the cloud from one computer. This is very frustrating and I want to make sure that I have a full understanding of the product and that I can access my material when needed.
- Also, if I am paying for a service I want to make sure I get some sort of support. I attempted calling and I was on hold for one hour with no answer.
- I am worried that if I ever go to cancel that it will be difficult to do as well (that I might even have to go as far as closing the bank account). I hope that I get some assistance preferably but not limited to from someone at Adobe.
