i received a locked PDF and i need to remove one of the pages to create a separate PDF. how do i do that?

is there a way to extract the page without contacting the owner? i do it on my windows computers but not able to on my mac

If you do then it's not with Adobe software, and therefore should not be discussed here.

Adobe doesn't let you do it, as it should.
