i stuck with Acrobat Installer encountered an unexpected failure how should i do next?

I start to download Adobe acrobat dc Pro in my mac . until i setup it will show error   Acrobat Installer encountered an unexpected failure. and try again

my mac book

have os x 10.11.13

nerver install adobe acrobat pro berfor

I am also getting this install error.

"acrobat installer encountered an unexpected failure"

I have looked over these forums, done everything I can - used the cleaner etc - but nothing has helped. I'm paying for a subscription I cannot use. 

I would like a solution
