I tried to scan with Adobe Acrobat DC to produce a PDF from a scan. Adobe Acrobat DC does not let me scan. It says it I am not connected to the scanner. How to repair.

I tried to scan with Adobe Acrobat DC to produce a PDF from a scan.

Adobe Acrobat DC does not detect my scanner.  I contacted Windows and they say my scanner is compatible with Windows 10.  Is Adobe Acrobat DC compatible with Windows 10?  What will fix the issue?

Acrobat DC is compatible version with Windows 10.
