I've forgotten my adobe password for my Mac and I can't find a way to "reset" it. Can anyone please help?

Can someone tell me how to reset my password for the flash plug-in update on my Mac?

You have to type in your system credentials.

You could change your system password and not Adobe ID and then log in with the same.
