I want to buy the software today to use if for a specific task but will need to change PC/Laptop soon can I uninstall it from current laptop and reinstall on new Desktop?

Yes. If you purchase a subscription just log out from the old computer when you're done with it.

If you purchase a perpetual license you'll need to deactivate the old computer before installing on the new one.
