I want to embed a video and send in a pdf. I embedded it but when i sent it did not play. Why?

I am trying to create a freebie with an embedded pdf that all my customers can download and play.  I created it but it does not play when downloaded. I don't know why it didn't work.

Hi iRozapp ,

Would like to know is this happening with others files as well.

Please refer to this article for adding multimedia files :- Playing video, audio, and multimedia formats in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat

Also check with others browsers for downloading & also turn off the Firewall services to replicate the issue.
