I want to print further pages of a PDF File.

The first two tries worked to get me to a page 76.  Now I want to get a further selection but all I get is a re-run of the second request.  How can I get the other selected pages as I don't want to print 330 odd pages

You'll need to clarify what you mean and what the exact issue is... Also, please specify which application you're using (including the exact version) and OS.
