I'm not sure if I want to do the monthly subscription or not. How many computers can I use my subscription on with one monthly subscription?

Hi cmunn1908,

Using an Acrobat subscription, you can install and activate the software on maximum two machines with the same Adobe ID credentials.

If you wish to run the software on the third machine, then you will need to uninstall the software from any of the previous computers.

Please refer the KB doc for help: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq.html

I purchased a new machine and I wanted to keep it on my old machine and the new one until I'm up and running smoothly.  It is not letting me install it on more than 1 computer.  It is saying "Start a Trial" or "Purchase".  I checked and it only has my 1 computer listed.  Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Sign in with the same Adobe ID. Make sure you installed it already. Don’t install Acrobat Reader!
