I was charged for my program but I am unable to edit my files

The program is asking me purchase a new subscription.

Could you please tell which application you are using to Edit files like Adobe reader or Adobe Acrobat ?

Also, is it possible if you post a screenshot ?

I want to mention that in Adobe reader we don't have "Edit pdf" functionality .
