improper results while converting arabic PDF files to MS Word

We are not getting the desired output after converting Arabic PDF file to MS Word file. the letters are not in the correct order/shape and with extra junk characters

we tried to create the files in MS Word and converted it to PDF and then converted back into MS Word. still getting the same result.

any ideas?

Unfortunately, Acrobat's PDF export does not currently support right-to-left languages such as Arabic, Hebrew, and Farsi.

You could also find problems due to how the characters were initially encoded (or not) in the PDF file.
