Hi All,

In Adobe Acrobat while comparing PDF files PDF file crashed at the same time comparing two files system hanging, how to resolve this issue?  Can you please share system specification while running adobe acrobat 10.0.0. version? and how to fix comparison issue?

The latest version update for Acrobat X is 10.1.16 so you may need to update your version of Acrobat X.

You get the product name and version from the menu item "Help => About Acrobat ...". A pop-up window will show the full product name and version number. The values after the "." in the version number are the minor versions or update numbers.

How large were the documents you were comparing?

Does the compare documents work with smaller files?

Do you know how the PDFs in question were created?

Are any forms?

Are any scans?

Are any created with LiveCyle?
