InDesign and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro - joining two single PDF pages into a double-page spread

Can I join two single pages of PDF into a unified double page spread PDF, using InDesign or Adobe Acrobat? I have Creative Cloud 2015.

I placed the pdf file into InDesign, wth the page size set for the double page spread. Then I exported the InDesign file to a pdf. Done.

You can combine pages in a single PDF using Acrobat application Combine or merge files into a single PDF, Adobe Acrobat DC.

Thanks Aadesh2789 ... that joins the two PDFs together in one document, but as two single pages, one after the other. I am seeking to have them show as a double-page spread (DPS - as if you had a magazine lying open in front of you) so the photos join together across that unified, two-page spread.
