Information in fields will not populate

A coworker sent me this PDF with our client's information all filled out. The first half is fine, but the second half of the document does not display any information until you click on it. As soon as you click off of it the information disappears. If I type in the fields then the information will come back up and stay up. There are no layers and I cannot through this 50 page document and do this to every field to make it populate. Please advise. Thank you.

This happens when the form is used with the Preview application on a Mac, which corrupts PDFs in a number of ways when it saves them. Exporting/Importing as Bernd mentions will give you a non-corrupted version. Advise your coworker never to use Preview when working with a PDF form and instead use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat).

Export the form data, open a new form, and import the form data.
