Insert an image field in a form using Acrobat

I am building a PDF with Acrobat and understand how to create fillable fields for text.

How do I create a field where the end user can insert a jpg ?

There isn't an image field, but you can use a button to display an imported image. If it needs to work with Reader the image will first have to somehow get converted to PDF. Acrobat can import an image into a button directly.
