Insert page from file loses URL Link

I'm forcing myself to get used to Acrobat DC, but it's not going well.

I need to add a custom page to the beginning of each of 45 separate PDF files.

These custom pages were created separately and each one is a separate file.

In each of these single-page file, there is one URL link.

When I insert a page from one file into another file, the URL link disappears and I have to recreate it.

What's up with that???

Could you please tell us the OS you work on?

Also try to update Acrobat to the latest patch and see if that helps.

Hi there,

Sorry, this is OS 10.11.3, and I am running the latest version of Acrobat DC.

Fortunately, I still have Acrobat XI on my desktop machine, so I can get the job done with that.

I was thinking of updating Acrobat on my desktop, but maybe not.
