Installed Acrobat XI on new computer after old computer drive was lost.

Question

Had to install AcrobatXI Pro on new computer (the old drive died and I couldn't boot to deactivate the licenses on anything). Showing as activated on the Help dropdown menu, but keeps popping up the Activate license window when I start the application. Will not take the serial number shown on my Adobe account (says there is no qualifying product installed).

Hi ,Did you have Acrobat XI only prior to this version or any previous version?Seems like there is a different serial number linked to Acrobat XI that you have presently installed and you are typing in the serial number of the qualifying product , i.e and older version.Please refer the following link to find the serial number associated with your product.Find your Adobe product serial number quicklyRegardsSukrit Dhingra
