Installing Acobat 8.0

Hi,

I had Windows 7 reinstalled.

When I try to install Acrobat 8.0 and load in the Product ID numbers it does not install.

Hi and thank you for writing.

The Adobe Acrobat 8 install cannot recognize the serial number on the CD jacket.

This may be because I have an upgrade CD and it wants the original serial number for the earlier version.

I see no way on the Adobe support pages to get help with older versions of Acrobat just Acrobat DC.

I cannot find a number to call Adobe to get the original serial number
