Installing Acrobat XI Issues

I have a new computer and I cannot install on the new computer. I uninstalled the program from the old computer, but it will not accept my serial number. Frustration!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

You will have to deactivate the program from your old computer before installing it in a new computer .

You will have to launch acrobat>Help menu>Deactivate.

Please let us know the exact error message you get while installing in the new computer and also the OS version on your system ?
