Interactive PDF form

Hi

I have been asked to create a PDF form using Acrobat which has dynamic field showing follow up questions based on answers, as I am new to creating forms in Acrobat I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I have manage to create the form with the fields but don't seem to be able to get them to show/hide depending on previous answers. Perhaps Acrobat is the wrong product for this but as a PDF file is the required end output I thought it would be a good place to start.

So for example;

Question 1 is a Dropdown answer giving 2 options A or B

If A selected it is followed by question 2

If B selected it is followed by question 3 and so on

Would also if possible like to be able to show hide sections depending on selections from dropdown boxes, if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You can show or hide form fields based on a selection, but you can't "re-flow" the static contents of the file, if that's what you mean.

To be able to do that you would need to create your form using Adobe LiveCycle Designer, which is very different from Adobe Acrobat, and is sold separately.
