I have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat X. As my hard drive crashed and I am trying to download using the available serial number. When I try to install an error of "Invalid Serial Number" appears. Pls advise how to resolve
Cloud subscriptions do not use serial numbers... are you sure you have a subscription, or did you make a one time purchase?
