I often mark up a pdf with typing, text boxes, lines, squares etc. I then forward marked PDFs to clients via email. Some clients can see the markups and others cannot. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

thank you

Hello Mr. Pinkie,

We can get it done by 2 different simple methods. Whichever suits us we can adopt:

I. By using Google Drive

II. By Adobe Acrobat

Method I

1. Go to www.Google.com

2. Search for Google Doc and open it.

3. Drag and Drop the file you want to edit.

4. Wait until uploading and it will be displayed in the drive.

5. Right click on the File and choose the file to Open with thr Google Docs

6. Now, the File would open in New Tab and you can Edit it in the way you want and and add Markup.

Method II

1. Go to Adobe Acrobat.

2. Click on File and then on Open, to locate the file.

3. Now we have to Turn on the Advanced Editing tool. Click on Tools then, Advanced Editing, then Show Advanced Editing Toolbar. This will effectively allow you to edit the PDF.

4. Now the Next task is to Edit the text in the PDF.
5. Click on the "Touch up Text Editing" tool located on the Advanced Editing toolbar. Then, click on the text and make the changes you want.

That would be displayed on every mail you send and add markup

You must first find out what application these clients are using to view the PDF file. My guess is it's some kind of browser plugin or a non-Adobe application. Those are usually sub-par and tend to display PDF files incorrectly.
