Comments are invisible on my pdf document when I add a text comment but the text appears in the right-hand bar comment bar. My text was visible beforehand but has recently become invisible. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

As you have mentioned above, you are experiencing the same issue.

Please try once to repair the application. Launch the application and go to Help > Repair installation.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue?

Let us know the application you are using the add comments.

Share the application and OS version. Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Did you check if the issue occurs on a particular PDF or with all?

Does the issue occur only with the text box tool added via the Comment option?

Please share the exact workflow you do. We would like to replicate this behavior on our end.

I've seen this a few times. Usually closing and reopening Acrobat will "fix" it.

If you mean that you've created a comment text box but can't see the text inside it, maybe it's styled white or something?
