There is a polygon markup tool you can use to add a type of comment. I have no idea what you mean by "...cut off and read this polygon OCR". Can you elaborate on what you're asking about?

an example: i want to cut out an article from a newspaper, there are often polygons with 6 ore more corner points. This section should be read with OCR, and save as a new PDF
