is it possible to add text to a pdf using a touch screen tablet using a stylus or finger? no keyboard

Hi aquaguard,

Would like to inform you that in tablet you can install Acrobat reader only and you cannot edit a document in reader . With reader you would be able to sign, fill forms ,comment and view PDFs in a tablet .

Also you cannot install any of the Acrobat versions in a tablet .
