Is it possible to expot tables in a PDF to an excel spreadsheet?

I attached the image of the table. I know this can be done I'm just not sure if it does it on tables that look like this?

If yes, which Adobe should I buy that has that tool?

This looks like a scanned document, which means that first you'll have to run Text Recognition on it.

After doing that you might be able to select that part of the page and then export it to an Excel file...

You would need Acrobat for that, preferably the Pro version.
