is there a quick to scan documents from iPad and combine into 1 pdf file with the pictures compressed.

All I want to do is use something like Adobe Fill & Sign to create one PDF after taking multiple pictures of documents with iPad pro. Fill & Sign does that easily in one process but it doesn't compress the pictures. This results in a large document.
