Is there a way to change landscape/portrait scanning in the Acrobat Pro DC software?

When I scan for a document the scanning always aligns with the sheet feed.  The sheet feed scans in the middle of the glass in landscape format.  If I want to scan from glass, I have to guess where the center is  and leave the glass with equal top an bottom margins.  Printer is an Epson WF-7620.  Windows 10.

You can change to landscape/portrait using Organize pages tool after scanning completes.

Go to Tools> Organize pages> Select page> Click clockwise or Anti-clockwise rotate buttons.
