Is there a way to create repeating check boxes in acrobat?

Hey all,

I'm creating contact sheets for clients to choose photos... is there a way to used the form creator to insert checkboxes under each photo/file name without manually placing them there?

I honestly wasn't sure how to google that. haha.

Any and all help is appreciated.
