Is there a way to increase vertical line spacing in a Multi-Line Text Field?

Set the Rich Text Format option (under Properties - Options), and then press Ctrl+E while inside the field. This will open the Propertier Bar that will allow you to set all kinds of formatting options, including the line spacing.
