Is there a way to load a fillable PDF on a website or send out in an email, to have people fill it out and it automatically be sent back to me to collect?

Is there a way to load a fillable PDF on a website or send out in an email, to have people fill it out and it automatically be sent back to me to collect? I want to have my employees be able to fill out a form either on our website / by email / or a file i put in dropbox. I want them to be able to fill it out and when done just hit "done" or "send" and it be sent back to me to store it for my files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
