is there any way to get the selected thumbnails indexes in AxAcroPDF c#?
i am using AxAcroPDF in a c# application and i need to get the indexes of the thumbnails
that the have been selected.

No way by any API at all. You can’t use built-in thumbnail selection as part of your automation.
